Description
• Appearance: Medium-sized head, round and uniform, with 8-10 cloves.
• Color: White/purple.
• Caliber: 4.5 – 5.5 – 6.00.
• External Aspect: The tunics covering the bulb are white.
• Internal Aspect: When the head is peeled, removing the outer white tunics reveals purple tones.

Seasonality:
• In larger volume: October – November – December – January – February and March.
• In smaller volume: April and May.

Place of Origin: Barranca, Perú

• In white corrugated cardboard boxes of 10 kg.
